1. Scope of Engagement
Odist Marketing Services ("Odist"), an operating wing of Neuraldemy, provides professional advertising setup, copywriting, creative configuration, and initial optimization services for Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Search Ads.
2. Service Packages and Cost Structure
A. Facebook & Instagram Starter (₹8,000): Includes 1 campaign with 2 ads, account tracking setup (₹2,500), audience segmentation & copy research (₹1,500), 2 written sales copies (₹2,400), 2 static image creatives (₹1,600), and 7 days of daily active performance monitoring.
B. Google Search Ads Setup (₹14,900): Includes account tracking & pixel installation (₹4,000), intent keyword & competitor research (₹3,500), negative keyword library (₹2,400), 2 search ad copies (₹3,000), extension setup (₹2,000), and 7 days of daily keyword bid tuning.
C. Additional Ads & Modification Terms: Extra Facebook ads are billed at ₹2,000 per ad. Where client supplies ready static/video creatives, extra ads are billed at ₹1,200 per ad plus a ₹500 campaign setup fee. Additional Google Search keyword sets are billed at ₹2,500 each.
3. Direct Ad Spend Payments
Client acknowledges and agrees that all direct ad billing (media spend) is paid directly by the client to Meta Platforms Inc. or Google LLC via the client's corporate credit/debit card attached to the ad account. Odist's fees represent agency professional services only and exclude advertising spend.
4. 7-Day Monitoring Period and Retainers
The complimentary 7-day monitoring phase begins immediately once ads are approved by the relevant platform network. Following conclusion of the 7-day period, ongoing campaign management and scale are subject to mutually agreed monthly retainer terms.
5. Neuraldemy Ecosystem Services
Ancillary digital solutions, including Managed Server Hosting (https://neuraldemy.com/managed-hosting-solution/) and Website Development (https://neuraldemy.com/website-development-services/), are fulfilled under separate master service agreements governing Neuraldemy infrastructure.
